Beware this cutter has a tendency to stick. The release works about a third of the time. Obviously lifetime warranty but you shouldn’t have to send a product back after moments of receiving it.

"Xikar VX2 V-Cutter"

I ordered two in red and one worked easily right out of the box and one was stubborn and had to be first broken in by working it repeatedly without actually cutting a cigar. The cut is excellent and the resulting depth of cut is the perfect compromise between the deeper-cut Colibri-V and the somewhat shallower Xikar VX original. However, you should first practice pressing both side release buttons simultaneously with equal pressure there is a sweet spot towards the tops of the buttons , so you can better anticipate the release of the spring.
