I like the product but more times then not they are hard to open and tears the cigar

"Foil wrapper problem."

Love the Swishersweets cigarillos, however, it has been very frustrating to open the foil wrapper. The pull tab is either clued down making ut impossible to pull or, when the pull tab is not glued down and your able to pull on it, it deliminates and breaks off. You have to use scissors, razor blade or fight to pull with your teeth and hope cigar dies not break. Over the last year this has been a worsening issue. I can honestly say the pull tab only works at most 25% o the time. Where is the quality control? The company has to be aware of this long time issue. Problem is now the norm instead of the occasional exception.
