"Not as expected"
I would expect much better from Perdomo. Was a poor draw, could not even get a good taste. Will think twice next time with Perdomo

"Not what they used to be."
First Bacharat, now Lot 23 I don t know what is going on with these once great cigars but now they all taste the same. There is nothing unique OR GOOD about them. Taste blah and burns your mouth. Even the rolling is the same. They are so tight in the ring area, that I m having to cut off 2 inches of cigar just to get a draw of smoke WTH is going on? Are we outsourcing to China or something, like we are with everything else? Is genetically modified tobacco being used? I do not know but ALL of the mid range brands are going to crap, just like the lower end ones have done over the last few years. I should have known when I saw this NEW BOX DESIGN. Are these things even coming from Perdomo? Sure as hell does not taste like it!!!!! Now I m stuck w/ 4 $#$#@# boxes of this garbage. Anyone else notice that the tobacco being used just is NOT the same quality as what we had 5-10 years ago?

One of my go to smokes. Pretty smooth draw throughout the box and a very flavorful smoke.

"A solid smoke"
This is the first Perdomo I can remember smoking. It won't be the last. It starts a bit peppery, then picks up leather notes and about an inch into the cigar, it smooths out and produces lots of medium bodied, creamy smoke. It doesn't have that "green" flavor some Connecticut style cigars have, and is more on the medium than the mild side. It also has a nice aroma. This is a very well priced smoke for a cigar of this quality.
