"Perdomo Double Aged Sun Grown 5 Pack"

This is normally a great cigar but I returned 4 of the remaining wrapped cigars after trying to smoke one of the FIVE pack because the wrapper was dry and came off the cigar and the cigar was coming apart. Customer service sent me a return label and I returned four of the five pack, not the bad one. I was surprised I was only refunded for 4 not the five I purchased. While speaking to customer service about doing the return, I placed an order for a new box 24 of the same cigar as it s one of my favorites, which I received and are in good condition. Should I have tried to save that bad cigar and ship it back? I do have pictures of it and it s not pretty.
