Mil Dias Sublime
"A great cigar past its prime"
The Mil Dias Sublime is another favorite of mine from Jon Hubers Crowned Heads cigars. Featuring an Ecuador Habano wrapper with an excellent Nicaraguan blend this cigar brings a medium spice with a smooth nutty flavor that stays consistent until the end. Unfortunately the ones sent were dry and hard and obviously past their prime. One of the downsides of buying cigars online is not being able to check the age of the stick during the purchase. These once proud cigars were obviously past their prime and visually cracked at the bottom and soon after lighting continued to sadly show their age. A big disappointment due to how far I have to travel to find these cigars fresh.

Mil Dias Edmundo
"Don’t Overlook This One"
I’m a real fan of this stick and have wondered why some reviewers rate it low on the star case. Maybe not enough humi time? It is dead center medium with a great draw, slightly savory with subtle sweetness taking the lead. There’s a light french bread quality to it and demands your attention to get the most out of it.There’s just a touch of cinnamon that comes about the midway point and the sweetness intensifies. Not overly complex, but what Mil Dias does well, it does very well. A great mid day or even a morning smoke. On the cautionary side I wouldn’t pair this with a scotch or other strong drink. I find it goes better with a cola or less overpowering drink. About four and a half stars for me and Mil Dias always has a spot reserved in one of my humidors.

Mil Dias Edmundo
"Edmundo"
Excellent draw and burn but that’s all I can say good about it. Very bland. No interesting flavor. Tasteless.

Mil Dias Corona Gorda
"One of the best new cigars out there"
Most descriptions say it is medium to full. It is closer to medium. Not a flavor bomb, but a nice nutty flavor with some cream and a bit of spice. Great construction, even burn. The toro is about $10 a stick -- maybe a bit much; try to find them on cigar auctioneer for under that and you have a bargain.

Mil Dias Corona Gorda
"Tight Draw"
Have enjoyed these cigars in 5-packs, and recently purchased a box. Unfortunately, half were not smokable as they were rolled too tightly. Could not get a decent draw, even after using a draw enhancer. I d like to recommend this cigar for flavor profile, but inconsistency in draw was an issue.

Mil Dias Double Robusto
"Lives up to its ratings"
Wow! Complex, smooth, balanced, medium bodied, and full of amazing flavors. So much to love about these cigars, but beware- once you smoke one, you'll want to smoke them all.
