I love the Inspirado White and wanted to try the Hyde Park. I read that they were a milder Macanudo but for my preference, they were milder than I hoped. They re a great cigar and I d recommend them to anyone starting out smoking cigars.

"Worst Stems I ve ever Seen Worst Draw"

Not a flavor review more of a construction issue . I normally can smoke through a bad draw. I also normally don t judge a cigar by one bad incident but, I bought a sampler with the Macanudo Cafe Hyde Park being one of the highlights of the sampler. It s been in my humidor at 69% /70F for a good while so the storing of the cigar was not the issue. Once I cut the cigar it had a decent dry draw wasn t the best but didn t think I would have any issues. Then once the cigar was lit, you had to pucker to get the draw. I smoked for maybe 10 minutes hoping to get better. The draw never did, so I put it out. I then decided to open the cigar because I felt a very tight spot near the head of the cigar. Once opened I had the thickest stems I have ever seen blocking the head of the cigar. It wasn t just 2-3 stems it was 7 thick stems, which made it completely unsmokable. I was pretty bummed I couldn t experience what all the other reviewers noted about this cigar because of the poorly made one I received.

Looking forward to a good smoke but totally bummed . Unwrapped the cellophane and the cigar was unwrapping. So, after some help got it lit and the unwrapping continued . A few days later opened a second cigar and DITTO . So , all I have to say is fool me twice shame on you , and you know the rest.

Great mild cigar.,They burn even, smoke smooth. Great taste all the way through. The construction of the cigar really well constructed. One of the best draws I have had on a Macanudo, and Mac’s are known for great draws. Famous provided a fresh box, so far smoked a dozen or so and all had same consistently. Great all around cigar with a good glass of Crown Royal! Would recommend

"Great Service Great Smoke"

My Macanudo 5 pk was part of sampler of. These were hard as rocks and the one I fired up was impossible to draw. I called Customer Service and was told another 5 pk was on the way with a return label for the 4 remaining. I rec d the new 5 pk in 2 days and all smoked great. No issues.The GREAT THING here is the Customer Service, they immediately offered to replace, no questions asked. Cigar International was not the same experience. I purchased a Monte Cristo Upright 9 Cigar sampler for $47.00, part of a larger order. Not one cigar in the box smokable, each one was dried out and falling apart, when I spoke with CI they said they would offer me a $5 discount on my next order. A sad response given that I averaged about $1000.00 annually with CI.
