"Better than Macanudo"

I just smoked the first of a 5 pack I ordered. I like a Connecticut Dominican with some interest and flavor ala Ashton or Griffins . I find Macanudo to be mild, but a bit tasteless. The Helix is inexpensive and tasty. Very mild. Incredible amount of smoke and slow burn for such a great draw. Ash is even and long. Excellent overall.

"Mild as can be"

Bought a box looking for something mild that could be shared with a group on a bachelor weekend some of whom are not regular cigar smokers . The cigars were even milder than I expected, and lack any complexity. They get somewhat harsh tasting toward the end of the burn. I set the remaining sticks aside in my humidor to age for a couple years, but they did not improve any. I will say that they are nice looking, and the draw is consistently good, but I would buy something else.

"Reat stick for the price"

I m relatively new to cigar smoking so take my review for what it s worth. I got 2 of these as part of best of mild cigars sampler # 13 . I really enjoyed this smoke. Draw and burn were great. Perfectly symmetrical burn the whole way to a 1.5 nub. I started this thing out with about 2 solid inches of white round ash. Draw was a little tight, but I like a tight draw. Construction and consistency are solid. Taste was uneventful, neither impressive or offensive. No after taste to speak of. A little spicy in the middle. I fully intend to buy some 5 packs of the other helix sticks. I d like to try the 550 Maduro and the 652 natural and Maduro.

"Not Bad"

A mild cigar that has a good taste of tobacco. Nothing special but none the less not bad for an easy smoke. Draw, burn and construction was good and had no issues.

"Nice cigar"

I was looking for a mild cigar to add to the humidor full of medium strength cigars. After the intial light up, the cigar burned a little harsh and peppery, but after a minute or two it smoothed out nicely with a smooth tasty easy draw. Good smoke, good draw, good ash, good burn. Held up nicely. I enjoyed it all the way to the end.A very good, smooth inexpensive cigar for a daily visit. I recommend it.

"Great Smoke."

This is a great quick smoke. It is mild and smooth.

"one of the worst"

i have smoked a lot of cigars but this my far is one of the worst ever,this thing tasted like i was smoking the ash of an already smoked cigar. the smell was terrible and the aftertaste was so bad i had to go brush my teeth to get rid of it. Terrible

"Not smooth"

I had high hopes for these but it fell short after about four of them, the fifth fell apart on me within three minutes of smoking it. They look nice, smell good, and have a great draw and burn but they are harsh. Would not buy them again get Macanudo instead of these.

"too hot"

too loose...too mild...burns too hot...

"One of my Favorites"

A friend suggested this cigar to me, and I had reservations. After trying it, I must say it was great, smooth draw, nice ask, and a nice mild flavor. I plan on buying a box to make it my everyday cigar. For the price, and great cigar
