"Not what they used to be"
These used to be a decent cigar, but lately they have been very inconsistent. The flavor is generic sweet tobacco with sometimes an overwhelming bitterness or dirty finish. They weren’t like this before. Sometimes you do get a good one. I’m going to stick with quality Cuban sandwiches and 2nds from now on, they are much better for the price. This might be a temporary issue, but it should never happy when it wears Oliva’s name.

"May be my own fault"
For not getting all the information, but I didn’t know these had a sweet tip. If that’s your thing, these may be fine. But I can’t stand the after taste of sweet cigars. They’re mostly fine while smoking, but the amount sweetness left when done is cloying and turns bitter. Anyway, you may like these, you should just know going in that they have a sweet tip

"Pleasant surprise"
I purchased a few of these while on vacation last year in a variety pack. I was very surprised when I smoked the first one and ordered a bundle. The construction, draw and taste were way above par for a cigar of this price. Some of the premium cigars that cost twice as much as these FDO s with a sumatra wrapper do not burn or taste any better than these. These FDO s are a great cigar value.

These cigars are a great smoke. No harsh after taste. I enjoy smoking these cigars when I am relaxing and I will even share with male friends who want a great smoke. They even enjoy the cigars and I recommend Famous Smoke Shop to them if they are interestied in buying cigars on line instead of a store.
