"mot impressed"
I am a long-time fan of the Famous Nicaraguan K series cigars. The 4000s, though, close to the bottom of the list of my favorites only the 1000s are worse . Like all the Nicaraguan series, the construction was excellent. The smoking experience was not consistent. Some in the bundle were enjoyable; others were not hard to draw . I ll not buy these again.

"Meh"
Bought these to try as an every day smoke out on the highway, so far I'm not impressed. The burn is very uneven, tends to burn down the center of the stick leaving the wrapper untouched but for a tiny ash ring. Taste is fine, looks great before lighting.

"Excellent Smoke"
Had my second one from a bundle I won at auction. It started off a little harsh, but after 1/2 inch into it mellowed out into a wonderful medium/full cigar. I had to let it go or I would have blistered my fingers. I found this cigar to be one of the best house brands that I have ever smoked. I am looking forward to the remaining 18!

"Great Cigar!"
I bought a bundle of these and loved all but maybe two of them! (A couple were poorly wrapped and didn't burn well) I had a great draw on the vast majority of them, and I am personally of the opinion that these tromp a good amount of the premium cigars I've had. And at $1.50 each (got em on cigar monster special) it's definitely a fantastic buy. But overall, the biggest thing that stood out to me was the fantastic draw, while still getting tons of creamy smoke.

"Helps ease the "N3K Blues""
Allow me to throw some input since I simply couldn't resist to try one practically right out of the bundle... I was surprised off of the first draw, having no clue what to really expect. Needless to say, the spice is definitely noticeable, and I have come to love that in a cigar lately. The cigar overall, is a well rounded medium for being right out of the bundle. Of course, time in the humidor, will only enhance it's characteristics. Thus far, it is a worthy cigar to keep in the humi while I wait for more N3K's to come available again.
