"Receiving Order"
I received a damaged shipment and called customer services, and sent photos of the damage and somehow the photos were not received. I am positive the damage was done in shipping. Famous Smokes sent a replacement without receiving my photo s as evidence and on my word. This speaks volume s to me. Famous smoke shop will be the only cigar store.

"Excellent product"
Boveda bags work great. Need about 1 bag per 10-15 cigars. I have 3 in a typical sized humidor. More in footlocker sized humidor. Keeps my cigars well humidified at the % o the bag.
